Continuing to Live Well with a Disability
Sometimes
more is better!
Continuing
to Live Well with a Disability is a refresher course
for people who have completed Living Well with a Disability.
Once a month for four months, people meet for 2-hour
sessions. Throughout the course, they are encouraged
to support each other and to stay in touch once the
sessions have ended.
Who
can attend?
Anyone
who has taken part in the Living Well with a Disability
program is eligible for this course. Because we are
still testing it, some program sites offer this course,
and others do not. Check the

Well Iowa makes information available in alternate formats,
such as large print, Braille, audio, and diskette. To

Well program consultant.
What
does Continuing to Live Well cost?
Continuing to Live Well
classes are free to participants. Assistance with transportation
to and from classes may also be available.
